googlerankingchecker.com is a free SEO toolset operated by Outcome Digital Marketing, based in Truro, Cornwall, United Kingdom. Contact hello@outcomedigitalmarketing.com.
What we collect
Using a tool: when you submit a keyword, URL, or other input to one of the tools, we log the query, an anonymous IP-based rate-limit token (not your IP itself — a salted hash), and a timestamp. We use this to enforce per-IP daily limits and to deliver your result.
Email captures: when you request a branded PDF report, we collect your email address and the result data needed to render the PDF.
Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics records aggregate page-view counts. It does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites. Google Analytics 4 may also be active.
What we don't collect
- We don't track you across other sites.
- We don't sell or rent your data to third parties.
- We don't use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
- Tool query logs: 30 days, then automatically deleted.
- Email leads: until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months, whichever is sooner.
- Cached SERP data: 24 hours.
Third parties we use
- Cloudflare — hosting, KV storage, web analytics.
- DataForSEO — the underlying SERP and SEO data provider.
- Google Analytics — aggregated traffic measurement.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You can request: a copy of any data we hold about you; correction of any inaccurate data; deletion of your data; restriction or objection to our processing; data portability. Email hello@outcomedigitalmarketing.com with your request and we will respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We'll update this policy if we change how we handle data. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
